:â˘15+ years of overall experience in PLM delivery, operations, or program management, with significant exposure to enterprise engineering/manufacturing environments. â˘Demonstrated leadership managing large offshore teams ac ross multiple locations (Pune, Bangalore) supporting global customers. â˘Strong experience overseeing PLM operations/AMS, including incident, problem, change, knowledge, and release management processes. â˘Proven ability to govern complex onsiteâoffshore delivery models, drive SLA compliance, and ensure operational excellence. â˘Experience collaborating with crossâfunctional teams such as Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, HR, Finance, and Business Stakeholder groups. â˘Strong background in delivery governance, service reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement at senior leadership levels. â˘Financial management experience including budgeting, utilization tracking, forecasting, profitability, and cost optimization. â˘Excellent communication, conflict management, negotiation, and decisionâmaking skills suited for global customer environments. â˘Experience working in structured methodologies such as ITIL, Agile, DevOpsâaligned operational frameworks. Desirable: â˘Experience with PLM transformation programs such as migrations, upgrades, reâplatforming, or enterpriseâwide process harmonization. â˘Exposure to engineering and manufacturing processes within Automotive, Aerospace, or Industrial domains. â˘Familiarity with tools supporting operational automation, monitoring, dashboards, and workflow optimization. â˘Prior involvement in RFP responses, solutioning, commercial proposals, and SOW creation. â˘Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent leadership credentials. â˘Experience operating within a multiâvendor delivery ecosystem and managing thirdâparty coordination.
