Of Vacancy: 4-5 Specialisation: Two analysts focused on admissions and placements One person focused on finance and cost control One academic data analyst One person who can automate dashboards, reports, and workflows What the role involves Analysing institutional data from areas such as admissions, academics, finance, placements, pre-placements, and strategy Identifying trends, issues, gaps, and opportunities for improvement Preparing analytical summaries, dashboards, reports, and decision-support notes Using AI tools to improve the speed, depth, and quality of data analysis and interpretation Working with relevant teams to convert data into practical recommendations and measurable action points Desired profile Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Ability to interpret data clearly and convert it into insights and decisions Familiarity with Excel is essential; exposure to Power BI, Python, SQL, statistics, or other analytics tools will be an advantage Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis, interpretation, reporting, or workflow improvement will be preferred Candidates from Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Commerce, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related backgrounds may apply UG is essential; PG is desirable Freshers with exceptional analytical ability and strong practical exposure may also be considered What we value Clarity of thought Insight beyond charts Strong execution mindset Practical problem-solving ability Ability to convert data into useful action, not just reports Compensation Compensation will vary depending on the candidate’s profile, capability, and suitability for the role .
