As a Business Developer, you'll build relationships with healthcare professionals, understand what motivates them and help them take the next step in their careers. If you’ve built trust with customers, you’ve already got the foundation - we’ll teach you the rest.

What are we looking for?

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Contact Centre or a BPO environment – No previous BD experience is needed; we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.
• Curious and eager to learn, with the motivation to develop new skills and embrace new challenges.
• A confident communicator who enjoys building genuine relationships with people from all walks of life.
• A growth mindset, ready to invest in a long-term career where learning never stops.

Salary and Additional Benefits:

In your first two years with us, you can expect to earn €64K+, with unlimited commission potential rewarding your performance while you continue to develop your career.
