As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Providing information and guidance to customers on our products and services

- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with our team to ensure timely and efficient service

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records

- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues

- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer complaints and escalations

- Continuously seeking ways to improve the customer experience and provide exceptional service

- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software

- Knowledge of masonry or construction industry is a plus
