Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the community
Complete work orders in a timely manner
Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
Assist with apartment turns and resident move-ins
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs
Help maintain the grounds and outdoor areas
Ensure the community remains safe, clean, and well-maintained
Participate in emergency on-call rotation as needed
✔ Is dependable and takes pride in quality workmanship
✔ Can troubleshoot and solve problems independently
✔ Has experience with general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry
✔ Has excellent customer service skills and enjoys helping others
✔ Can prioritize tasks and work efficiently
✔ Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team
