Responsibilities: Maintenance Technician:

• Assist in training junior technicians or new team members on equipment operation and repair techniques.

Requirements: Maintenance Technician:

• Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical maintenance.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems efficiently.
• Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Experience in construction or facility maintenance is highly desirable.
