Company Description FinLender Capital is India's premier mid-market platform for Investment Banking, Structured Private Credit and Special Situations Opportunities. We work with mid-size corporates and MSMEs in the ₹5 Cr to ₹2,000 Cr deal range, matching every borrower with the right institutional capital from our curated Fis network. 

Our team comprises CAs, CFAs, ex-Bankers, IIM alumni, and ex-Big 4 professionals, each with 20+ years of experience. India's top 500+ FIs work with us. You'll engage directly with Promoters, Founders, and CFOs of mid-market businesses generating ₹5 Cr to ₹500 Cr in revenue


Role Description We are seeking a motivated and self-driven individual who understands financial products and can identify and generate qualified leads for business growth. Prior experience is not mandatory—what matters most is your clarity about our products, your communication skills, and your willingness to learn. This program provides hands-on exposure in corporate finance and offers a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) upon successful completion of the 6-month tenure.

·      Develop a strong understanding of the company’s services and solutions offered, including Debt Syndication, Special Situations Financing, Private Credit Solutions and Investment Banking.

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads through remote sales, tele calling, networking, and data mining.
  • Collaborate with senior management by transferring qualified lseads for further evaluation and closure, while maintaining consistent communication with clients and channel partners.
  • Maintain proper tracking, reporting, and lead progress in CRM tools to ensure effective performance monitoring.
  • Take ownership where possible—independent deal closures will be eligible for performance-based incentives.
  • Contribute new ideas for lead generation, process improvement, and client engagement to help achieve team goals.

Skills & Abilities:

·      Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships and drive business growth through “remote sales activities & open market sales activities”. 

·      Ability to thrive in dynamic market conditions, meet tight deadlines, and deliver results under pressure while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards. 

·      Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and achieve performance goals through data mining, networking, and client engagement. 

·      Demonstrated ability to generate leads.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in finance or commerce or related field.

·      M.B.A. in Finance or equivalent degree.

·      Diploma in Corporate Financing would be an added benefit.

·      CA (Chartered Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is an added advantage.
