Job Description :

Lead the implementation of AI-enabled advanced design functions within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

Configure and deploy CATIA-based generative design, knowledge-based engineering, and design automation solutions.

Support AI-driven workflows for concept design, topology optimization, shape optimization, lightweight design, and performance-driven design exploration.

Work with engineering teams to define design rules, constraints, parameters, templates, and reusable design knowledge.

Enable generative design processes where design spaces, functional requirements, and simulation constraints are used to generate optimized design alternatives.

Integrate advanced design workflows with ENOVIA product structure, change management, revision control, and configuration management.

Collaborate with CAD, CAE, PLM, manufacturing, and systems engineering teams to establish end-to-end digital design processes.

Support AI-assisted CAD productivity features, including design recommendations, repetitive task automation, intelligent selections, and design decision support.

Define and implement knowledge templates, engineering rules, design standards, and automation scripts to improve design productivity.

Configure workflows for design validation using SIMULIA simulation-driven optimization and virtual validation methods.

Support design-to-simulation traceability for performance evaluation, lightweighting, stiffness, strength, material optimization, and manufacturability checks.

Conduct customer workshops to identify opportunities for AI-based design automation and engineering process improvement.

Develop solution architecture for integrating AI-enabled design functions with CAD, PLM, CAE, ERP, and manufacturing downstream processes.

Support proof of concepts, pilots, demos, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support for advanced design solutions.

Define KPIs to measure design automation benefits such as cycle time reduction, design reuse, quality improvement, and engineering productivity.

Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, configuration guides, test scenarios, training material, and user manuals.

Provide consulting support to engineering teams for adoption of AI-driven design methodologies and best practices.
