Construction Project Manager (Westwood)

GF Sprague of Needham, MA seeks driven, detail-oriented Exterior Construction Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee multiple active construction crews working hands-on to deliver best-in-class customer service to homeowners throughout our service area. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish Supervise subcontractors and installation crews on-site Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Handle project documentation using basic computer tools Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the customer during installation Qualifications: Prior experience in field-force project management (minimum 1 year preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish a plus) Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record Basic proficiency with computers and project tracking tools Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $65K-$75K annual base plus sales performance based compensation Bonus Opportunities: Performance-based and project completion bonuses 401(k) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) About Us: Since 1979, GF Sprague has built a stellar reputation as Westwood, MA’s and Greater Boston’s trusted name in exterior remodeling.
