Deliver specialized wound and ostomy care as a Registered Nurse within a multidisciplinary team. Engage in client-centered assessments and personalized care plans to enhance healing and comfort. In this permanent, part-time role, you will utilize your clinical expertise to support varied treatment modalities and comprehensive care management.
Your responsibilities will include educating clients and families, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and participating in ongoing case discussions. Leverage your skills to promote interprofessional communication while ensuring the highest quality of care.
