What You'll Do

• Source and close commercial leasing & sales transactions.
• Meet corporate clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property inspections and client meetings.
• Build strong relationships with property owners, developers, and brokers.
• Negotiate deals, ensure timely collections, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams for seamless deal closures.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1-2 years of Real Estate Sales Experience.
• Undergraduate or Graduate.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Must own a bike/two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Comfortable travelling for client meetings and site visits.
