Cloud DevOps Engineer (Azure)

Are you passionate about building scalable cloud platforms, automating infrastructure, and driving DevOps best practices? We're looking for an experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer to join an international technology team responsible for delivering secure, high-performing, and cost-efficient cloud solutions.

In this role, you'll play a key part in designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure while working closely with cross-functional teams to support modern applications and large-scale cloud environments.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Participate in infrastructure initiatives, including new projects, cloud migrations, and proof of concepts (PoCs).
• Contribute to solution architecture, technical design, and effort estimation.
• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Azure ARM Templates.
• Monitor, test, and continuously improve cloud infrastructure performance, availability, and reliability.
• Manage and support non-production environments, ensuring platform stability.
• Handle Incident, Change, and Request Management activities.
• Perform platform security reviews and address infrastructure vulnerabilities.
• Monitor cloud environments and optimize performance, scalability, and operational costs.
• Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support knowledge sharing and provide technical guidance to operational support teams.

What We're Looking For:

Must-Have Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and Azure ARM Templates).
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Good understanding of Cloud Architecture and cloud-native best practices.
• Experience with Cloud Security concepts and infrastructure hardening.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience working with Git version control.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Familiarity with OpenPaaS environments.
• Experience working in Insurance, Risk Management, or other highly regulated industries.
• Previous experience in international environments with distributed teams.
