FyneHand is mandated to hire for the position of Head – TPA & Claims Our client, a leading player in hospitals and healthcare space, is looking for Head – TPA & Claims to be based in Dombivli, Mumbai. Role Overview: The role involves end-to-end handling of insurance and corporate claims, ensuring smooth claim processing, settlements, compliance, audits, and coordination with TPAs and insurance companies. Key Requirements: 10+ years of experience in hospital claims or health insurance management Strong experience in claims processing & settlement Knowledge of medical audits, coding, and compliance Ability to manage disputes, ageing, and disallowances Strong MIS reporting and process improvement skills Team handling and stakeholder coordination abilities Qualification: BAMS/ BHMS/ MBBS with PG/ Healthcare Management background Location: Dombivli, Mumbai Client details will be shared with shortlisted candidates only.
