Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chartered Accountant Fresher based in Bengaluru. The role involves assisting with day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements. The Chartered Accountant Fresher will support tax computation and compliance, GST and TDS filings, and coordination with auditors for statutory and internal audits.

Responsibilities also include monitoring accounts payable and receivable, supporting budgeting and cost control activities, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies. The role requires close collaboration with the finance and operations teams to provide accurate financial data for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting skills, including strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and MS Office for data entry, analysis, and report preparation.
• Analytical and numerical skills to interpret financial data, identify discrepancies, and support budgeting and cost control.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to maintain organized financial records.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders.
• Chartered Accountant qualification (CA) completed; internship or article-ship experience in accounting or audit preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in working with a growing organization in the greening and sustainability sector is an added advantage.

SALARY: RS.65000 TO RS.75000 PER MONTH
