About the role We are a reputed digital marketing agency seeking a sharp, results-driven Campaign Manager to own and scale paid social media campaigns across Meta platforms. You will be the strategic and operational lead for Facebook and Instagram advertising โ€” managing the full campaign lifecycle from planning and setup through optimisation, attribution, and reporting. This role requires someone who understands not just ad mechanics but the full funnel from click to closed lead.

What you'll do โ— Own end-to-end campaign management across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for multiple client accounts โ€” from strategy and brief to launch, optimisation, and reporting. โ— Build and manage campaigns in Meta Business Manager, including ad set structuring, audience segmentation, creative testing, and budget pacing. โ— Set up and manage Custom Events and Conversions API (CAPI) to ensure accurate, server-side tracking independent of browser restrictions. โ— Drive lead generation outcomes optimised for MQL and SQL quality โ€” not just volume โ€” working closely with client sales teams to calibrate lead definitions. โ— Collaborate with CRM administrators (HubSpot, LeadSquared, or similar) to close the loop between ad leads and sales pipeline outcomes. โ— Monitor and analyse campaign performance in GA4, extracting actionable insights on traffic quality, conversion paths, and attribution. โ— Develop and present performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders, translating data into clear strategic recommendations. โ— Stay current with Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices in paid social. Required skills & experience Meta Ads Platform Business Manager ยท Campaign structure ยท Audience targeting ยท A/B creative testing ยท Budget optimisation Tracking & Attribution Custom Events ยท Conversions API (CAPI) ยท Meta Pixel ยท Attribution windows ยท Offline conversions Lead Generation MQL / SQL optimisation ยท Lead quality scoring ยท Form strategy ยท Funnel mapping ยท Cost-per-lead targets CRM & Sales Alignment HubSpot ยท LeadSquared ยท Inside sales handoff process ยท Lead lifecycle management ยท Pipeline attribution Analytics GA4 โ€” event tracking, conversion goals, audience insights, traffic source analysis Who you are โ— Minimum 3 years of hands-on paid social experience, with a significant portion dedicated to Meta Ads in an agency or high-volume in-house environment. โ— Fluent in Meta's full stack โ€” Business Manager, Ads Manager, Events Manager, and Audiences โ€” not just the campaign creation UI. โ— You understand the difference between a traffic campaign and a lead quality campaign, and you optimise accordingly. โ— Comfortable working with sales and CRM teams; you know what an inside sales rep needs from an incoming lead. โ— Analytical and rigorous โ€” you back decisions with data and know how to read a GA4 funnel report, not just a Meta dashboard. โ— Strong communicator who can present performance clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond just running ads and thinks in terms of full-funnel revenue impact โ€” connecting paid media spend to qualified pipeline and closed business.
