We Are Hiring – Business Head (Sales & Collection) Company: Jay Mahesh Lubricants Pvt. Ltd. Location : Majalgaon (Covering Marathwada & Vidarbha Region) We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Head to lead our sales and collection operations across Marathwada and Vidarbha .

Key Responsibilities: Develop and expand sales network in assigned regions Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets Manage and ensure timely collections from dealers Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies Lead and guide the regional sales team Candidate Profile: Strong experience in Sales & Collection Management Good knowledge of Marathwada & Vidarbha Lubricant market Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle pressure and deliver results Leadership mindset with team handling capability Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹75,000 per month (based on experience) If you have strong expertise in sales and collection , we would love to hear from you!
