The Business Development Manager β College Partnerships will be responsible for identifying prospective colleges, engaging with key decision-makers, presenting AlmaBetter's offerings, negotiating partnership opportunities, and successfully onboarding institutions. This role requires frequent travel, excellent communication, and a consultative approach to relationship building.
- Identify and connect with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
- Meet Principals, Directors, Deans, Placement Officers, and Management teams.
- Deliver impactful presentations and represent AlmaBetter professionally.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of institutional partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new partnership opportunities.
- Achieve monthly partnership and revenue targets.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- 3β6 years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, B2B Sales, or EdTech.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new products and solutions.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
