Business analyst

Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes Translate requirements into technical specifications for development teams Write and analyze complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and inconsistencies Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure requirements are met Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product teams for smooth delivery Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems Assist in defect analysis and resolution Maintain proper documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, etc.) Required Skills & Qualifications: 6 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst Strong hands-on experience in SQL (query writing & analysis is mandatory) Good understanding of data analysis and data validation techniques Proven experience in BFSI domain (Banking / Financial Services / Insurance) Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies Ability to understand technical workflows and system integrations Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
