Business Analyst

Objective: A Business Analyst you will identify problems and opportunities which ultimately provide solutions that help achieve business goals. You will assist in the implementation and support of business information systems between various internal and external stakeholders. As a Business Analyst at Rage, you’ll get to: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, analyse and propose solutions including the procedure to execution.

Work with internal teams to clarify the project scope and requirements. Prepare functional specifications documents, use case documents, market research and usability analysis. Create documentation and conduct trainings, as required.

Be the point of contact for source of information, guidance and assistance. Participate actively in the development of testing strategies and plans. Ideally, you should have: Masters degree in Business Administration or Engineering. 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or interactive web development initiatives.

Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and organisational skills. Knowledge of user-centered content development, interface design, information architecture, digital branding and marketing communication. Broad knowledge of programs, projects and knowledge management processes and toolsets.

The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Excellent documentation skills and experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
