Business Analyst

Title: Business Analyst Location: Remote Duration : April 14th 2026 - May 29-2026 Job Description & Roles and Responsibilities: The candidate will be expected to lead regular status meetings to connect project threads, uncover potential risks/issues and track progress. Understand business strategy and objectives by studying the business function, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats. Participate in product and feature evaluations and create a formal business case as required. Elicits and documents requirements to meet business needs. Possess understanding of business analysis professional standards, business processes, workflows, methodologies and leading practices. Direct and monitor business analysis activities to ensure the traceability and optimum coverage of business requirements with change request backlog. Manage the progress of projects by tracking activity, resolving issues, and recommending actions. Provide senior management and project management with regular updates on deliverable timeline and project status. Respond proactively to both business and project issues and escalates appropriately.

Qualifications: 5+ years of business analysis experience in fast-paced/global environments Strong communication, executive presence, and presentation skills Excellent writing and editing abilities Strong project, time, and organizational management skills Solid research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Advanced Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) skills Working knowledge of M365 administration Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Copilot, and M365 collaboration tools Basic knowledge of Generative AI technologies (including agents) Proactive, adaptable, and influential with strong interpersonal skills Experience working with cross-cultural teams Able to perform under pressure in deadline-driven environments Strong business acumen with a focus on innovation and client experience Comfortable working in complex, matrixed organizations Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Advanced degree and professional training preferred IIBA certification is an asset
