Job Description
This role sits within Equity Operations and will support a variety of strategic change initiatives impacting the business. The successful candidate will work across multiple concurrent projects covering regulatory change, business requirements, operational process improvements, testing, reference data updates, reconciliations, counterparty notifications, MAPS requests, and UAT support. They will partner closely with Front Office, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and external market participants to deliver change while ensuring BAU processes continue to run effectively.
The environment is fast-paced, with several projects running simultaneously across different timelines, making adaptability, organisation, and proactivity critical for success.
Must-haves
- Experience as a Business Analyst and Trade Support
- Settlements, trade lifecycle, and reconciliation knowledge
- UAT and testing experience
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
