Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and meetings.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessments.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
