Business Analyst (Atlanta)

Business Analyst Exciting Opportunity for Recent College Graduates Marathon TS is seeking a Business Analyst to support a fully onsite opportunity in Atlanta, GA focused on business process improvement, reporting, dashboard development, and KPI-driven project support. This position will support the evaluation, design, development, and implementation of standardized reporting, business processes, and information systems solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, comfortable working in a ticket-driven environment, and able to communicate effectively with business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, or related field 0–2 years of professional experience in a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Project Analyst, or similar role Strong Excel skills for reporting, data analysis, and tracking metrics Experience with business reporting, dashboards, KPIs, or operational metrics Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured, ticket-based environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
