Artificial Intelligence Consultant (Sunnyvale)

About CT Labs CT Labs is an AI consultancy firm focused on building and deploying applied AI solutions for clients across industries. We are looking for an AI Consultant who combines technical depth with strong client-facing skills. You will own the full consulting cycle: discovery, solution design, delivery, and adoption. you will get your hands on the work. Lead client discovery sessions to identify AI use cases and assess feasibility. Develop solution recommendations across machine learning, NLP, generative AI, and automation. Manage project delivery in collaboration with internal engineers and data scientists. Advise clients on AI governance, risk, and change management. 3+ years of experience in AI consulting, applied ML, or a related field. Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and large language models. Strong project management skills and a comfort level managing multiple clients simultaneously.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Background in change management or organizational transformation. Prior experience at a consulting firm.
