We're looking for a talented and motivated Brand, Marketing & Engagement Coordinator to join our Brand and Partnerships team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life through marketing, content, digital channels and community engagement, while contributing to meaningful social impact.
Why this role matters
As the Brand, Marketing & Engagement Coordinator, you'll help translate organisational priorities into integrated marketing, digital, communications and engagement activities that strengthen awareness, understanding and connection with Richmind WA's services, people and impact.
Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you'll support the delivery of marketing, communications and engagement initiatives that are professional, accessible, audience-centred and aligned with our brand.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to build their capability across marketing, communications, digital engagement and campaign coordination.
What you'll do
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate marketing, communications and engagement campaigns across digital, print and stakeholder channels.
- Coordinate and optimise content across Richmind WA's website, social media and other digital channels to improve audience engagement and access to information.
- Manage content calendars, publishing schedules and communication workflows.
- Create, adapt and publish engaging content across websites, social media, intranet and email platforms.
- Support storytelling initiatives through written content, photography, video and multimedia assets.
- Assist with campaign planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting.
- Coordinate events, activations, exhibitions, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Develop and update marketing collateral, branded resources and promotional materials.
- Support digital marketing activities including website updates, audience engagement, analytics and campaign optimisation.
- Build positive relationships with leaders, service teams, partners and suppliers.
- Contribute to accessible, inclusive and culturally safe communications that reflect Richmind WA's values and brand standards.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who combines creativity with organisation and enjoys working across a broad mix of marketing and communications activities.
You'll bring:
- Experience coordinating marketing, communications, engagement, events or related activities.
- Strong written communication, copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Experience creating and publishing content across multiple communication channels.
- Confidence using websites, social media platforms, email marketing systems and other digital communication tools.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- A keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Sound digital literacy and confidence using Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
The following will be highly regarded:
- Experience using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience creating digital assets and visual content.
- Experience with content management systems, analytics platforms, social media scheduling tools or CRM systems.
- Experience supporting photography, video or multimedia content creation.
