Job Description

Purpose of Position Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the company's services, as well as managing sales activities to drive revenue growth. Lead the Business Development for Industry & Facilities (I&F) products in the markets of: Oil & Gas (upstream, Mid-Stream & Down Stream), Power (Thermal, Gas, Hydro & Thermal), Process, Material Handling. The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.

Major Responsibilities Business Development for Industry products portfolio for all India of Bureau Veritas in sectors such as Oil & Gas (upstream, Mid-Stream & Down Stream), Renewable Power, Green Hydrogen, Power (Thermal, Gas & Hydro), Process, RAIL, HSE, Asset Integrity and Product Certification. This includes the commercial activities such as market Surveys, support to network, BV India. Logging sales opportunities in the company's CRM system to maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Lead Business Development for all major/ key opportunities for south India in coordination with area offices, Business Line/Functional Heads such as Oil & Gas, Renewable, Technical Centre, IPC, INP, etc., as per the strategy defined by VP/Industry Director. Development and maintenance of all projects, opportunities & tenders list for large opportunities. Identification, preparation and submission of pre-qualification, expression of interest, offers & tenders.

This includes offer and contract review. Preparing Techno commercial proposals and submitting them to the client after obtaining approval. Following up on the submitted proposals and converting them into contracts.

Management and grow with key accounts as may be defined by VP/Industry Director. Showcasing BV Services with marketing tools such as presentation material, profile, flyers, reference list, completion/appreciation letters, etc. Regularly following up with clients for sales amendments & periodically contacting clients to identify new business opportunities.

Attend industry events, conferences and trade shows to network and showcase the company's services. Qualification, Experience & Technical Knowledge Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical along with Post Graduation in Marketing (Preferred) Candidate must have more than 10-12 years’ experience in sales & marketing (TIC Sales). Candidates who are technically strong and have a keen interest in sales can also apply (Preferably in TIC industry) .
