About The Role:

We are seeking a Technical/BIM Designer based in India to join our team in a fully remote capacity, providing strong and reliable technical support to our Dubai-based design and project teams.

You will play an important role in collaborating with our technical and creative teams on the development and delivery of complex wayfinding projects across the Gulf and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in technical design, ideally across architectural, landscape, signage, interior or related projects, with strong detailing expertise.
• Collaborate remotely with LIMAH's design and project teams, as well as architects, engineers and other project stakeholders.
• Develop technical solutions that meet the functional, aesthetic and project requirements of our clients.
• Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings using CAD, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Revit and collaborate effectively with client and consultant teams within BIM environments.
• Apply a strong understanding of signage construction methods, materials and detailing for complex signage and structures.
• Demonstrate strong physical product design and technical detailing skills.
• Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications and other documentation required to communicate design intent to production and implementation teams.
• Work within established workflows and quality standards to consistently deliver high-quality project outputs.
• Manage tasks and deadlines effectively while working independently in a remote environment.
• Communicate proactively with the Dubai team and participate effectively in online project meetings and coordination sessions.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Product Design, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in technical design, BIM, architectural detailing, or signage projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with strong BIM coordination experience.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, technical detailing, and production documentation.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote, multidisciplinary team.
