BIM Manager

Job Title: BIM Manager – MEP Location: Chennai Experience: 3+ Years Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Manager – MEP to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Revit MEP modeling, BIM coordination, and clash detection , along with experience working on international (preferably US) projects . This role will involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate BIM implementation and coordination throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee BIM execution for MEP disciplines across multiple projects. Develop, maintain, and coordinate Revit MEP models in line with project requirements and BIM standards. Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and resolve design conflicts with cross-functional teams.

Work closely with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure proper model integration. Implement and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and best practices across projects. Manage and coordinate project collaboration platforms such as BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) .

Support project teams with model reviews, quality checks, and coordination meetings . Provide guidance and technical support to BIM modelers and junior team members. Ensure timely delivery of BIM models and documentation in accordance with project schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of experience in BIM with a focus on MEP . Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit (MEP) . Hands-on experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination .

Working knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) . Experience working on international projects (US-based projects preferred) . Strong understanding of MEP systems, BIM workflows, and coordination processes .

Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with multidisciplinary teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience coordinating large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects . Familiarity with global BIM standards and project delivery processes .
