The Role — Bartender (m/f)

As part of our Bar Team, you're more than someone who prepares drinks. You're a key part of the guest experience, combining product knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality to create moments that people remember. Whether behind the bar or interacting directly with guests, you contribute to the rhythm, energy, and identity of the space.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail
• Delivering a warm, attentive and genuine service
• Creating a welcoming experience for every guest at the bar
• Having full knowledge of the beverage menu, products, and daily specials
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation and mise en place
• Ensuring accuracy in orders, recipes and service flow
• Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory control
• Communicating clearly with the floor and kitchen teams
• Handling guest requests with care, confidence and professionalism
• Contributing to a strong team dynamic and a positive atmosphere
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience (including upselling, naturally and without pressure)

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a bartender or in hospitality
• Good knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and coffee preparation
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• A team player with a proactive attitude
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
• Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
