Job Summary:

Who are we looking for?

• A seasoned Solutions Professional with proven success of 20+ years working with multi-disciplinary teams to provide comprehensive presales, solutions and analyst capabilities to the BFSI industry, focusing primarily on the USA and Europe.
• With the intent to design and deliver innovative Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions with a strong awareness of solutioning with AI for leading banking and financial services clients.
• A change agent and problem solver with a passion for finance and technology; skilled in grasping the big picture, conceptualizing, developing and implementing solutions, and partnering closely with business leaders and senior-level executives in the parent and customer organizations.
• S/he would work closely with our Sales, Account and Marketing teams to bring the best of to clients helping define the GTM strategy, identifying and building strategic partnerships, designing solutions and propositions, and helping build a qualified sales pipeline.

What you’ll be doing

• Analyze the market to identify GRC opportunities across the BFSI industry in the USA and Europe.
• Create proactive propositions and collateral to take to clients.
• Design and build solutions and PoCs around BFS GRC in any of the following areas:
• Compliance – Financial Crimes (AML, KYC), Basel, CCAR/Stress Testing, Dodd Frank, EMIR, FSA, RDR, 15C3/18A, FINRA, MiFID I/II, EUSD, IIROC/UMIR, MAD-II, SEC, CFTC, ESMA SSR, Trade Surveillance, etc.
• Market, Credit and Operational Risk
• Robust frameworks and guidelines for an enterprise-wide risk management function
• Regulatory Reporting
• Appropriate use of AI in GRC; including AI governance
• Work collaboratively with sales and account teams in building solutions and proposals, with a particular focus on large international and domestic deals.
• Identify and build strategic partnerships with niche product and service companies where appropriate. Act as evangelist and joint GTM owner for these in .
• You will be responsible to support direct revenue growth in the GRC practice, carrying and delivering against targets.

Who we’re looking for

• Proven success of 20+ years in presales, solutions and analyst capabilities for the BFSI industry, with a primary focus on the USA and Europe.
• Exceptional IT strategy and architecture skills used to identify and solve customer problems using the full spectrum of technical and commercial tools available, across the full spectrum of TCO values.
• Should have been carrying targets for the last 10 years, with strong client engagement skills.
• Possesses in-depth understanding of BFS GRC (with a strong awareness of solutioning with AI) covering compliance, market, credit and operational risk, and enterprise-wide risk management frameworks; expertise in regulatory reporting will be valued.
• Certifications such as GARP FRM, CFA and ACAMS are ideal.
• Expertise in one of the leading compliance tools such as Actimize, Fircosoft, NetReveal or OFSAA will be preferred.
• Should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills.
• Should be a team player with strong team-building skills, able to coach and mentor key contributors.
