About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Automation & AI Discovery Analyst to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and automation opportunities across the organization. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery organizations, ensuring that high-value opportunities are properly assessed, documented, and prepared for successful implementation.

The ideal candidate has strong process analysis skills, experience engaging with stakeholders, and a solid understanding of AI, workflow automation, RPA, and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Language

• Advanced English (written and verbal).

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Experience establishing structured intake processes for AI and automation opportunities.
• Strong facilitation skills for discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops.
• Ability to document business objectives, process flows, decision points, inputs, outputs, exceptions, and operational requirements.
• Experience assessing use cases based on business value, technical feasibility, complexity, implementation effort, and delivery risk.
• Understanding of AI, workflow automation, RPA, process improvement methodologies, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Ability to identify systems, applications, data sources, integrations, and access dependencies.
• Experience evaluating data availability, quality, privacy, security, and governance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills for defining KPIs, success criteria, business outcomes, and value realization metrics.
• Experience developing ROI assumptions, business cases, and prioritization recommendations.
• Ability to prepare business requirements, discovery documentation, and executive-ready use case summaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish a structured intake process for capturing AI and automation opportunities from business stakeholders.
• Conduct discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to understand current-state processes and pain points.
• Document business objectives, process flows, decision points, inputs, outputs, exceptions, and operational requirements.
• Assess submitted use cases for business value, technical feasibility, complexity, implementation effort, and delivery risk.
• Evaluate whether opportunities are best suited for AI, workflow automation, RPA, process improvement, or existing platform capabilities.
• Identify required systems, applications, data sources, integrations, and access dependencies for each use case.
• Review data availability, data quality, privacy, security, and governance considerations before solution design begins.
• Define success criteria, measurable KPIs, expected business outcomes, and value realization metrics.
• Estimate potential benefits including productivity gains, cost reduction, capacity creation, process efficiency, and user experience improvements.
• Develop preliminary ROI analyses, benefit assumptions, and prioritization recommendations to support leadership and governance decisions.
• Prepare discovery artifacts, business requirements, intake documentation, and use case summaries for review and approval.
• Support prioritization of opportunities based on value, feasibility, risk, urgency, and strategic alignment.
• Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders, IT teams, solution architects, developers, and delivery teams.
• Support the smooth transition of approved use cases from discovery through solution design, development, and implementation planning.
• Maintain traceability from initial intake through governance review, delivery handoff, and value realization tracking.
