About Us

Happy Guys Power Washing is growing fast, and we're looking for an organized, people-first Office Administrator. If you love talking to people, staying organized, and closing sales, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming leads and calls using our sales script — this is a sales role with commission incentives
• Provide online quotes and secure new jobs
• Manage and schedule our crews in the CRM for efficient, tight routes
• Work hand-in-hand with our Production Manager to make sure every client gets top-notch service
• Handle all client communication via email — quick, professional, and friendly
• Make outbound calls to past clients to get them rebooked on the schedule
• Reschedule callbacks and flag priority issues for the Production Manager
• Make "happy calls" after every completed job to confirm client satisfaction
• Send handwritten thank-you cards to clients after job completion
• Respond to Google reviews and share the good ones in our team Slack
• Handle A/R calls for clients with outstanding invoices
• Own the CRM system end to end
• Complete daily office metrics reporting

What We're Looking For

• Strong communicator, confident on the phone
• Sales-minded — you enjoy converting leads into booked jobs
• Highly organized with an eye for detail
• Comfortable using CRM software (training provided)
• Customer-service oriented, positive, can-do attitude
• Prior experience in an office admin, dispatch, or sales role a plus

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
• $850/month base + commission — your hustle directly impacts your paycheck
