Audit Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Audit Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end audit process for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services and an exceptional client experience. This role requires a confident and approachable leader who understands client needs, manages audit teams effectively, and upholds professional, regulatory, and ethical standards while representing our values and vision.

Key Responsibilities: Provide an excellent level of service to a portfolio of clients which meets and exceeds their expectations. Managing the audit process and audit file reviews in accordance with Xeinadin’s standard procedures. Ensure agreed deliverables are within a set timeframe and that the job is completed within budget.

To research and prepare proposals for new work, and to take part in formal presentations to prospective clients. To act as a line manager for junior members of the team. Ensure self and team members follow all legal and statutory requirements.

Represent Xeinadin to the client ensuring that the day to day is delivered ensuring a focus on innovation and the future. Deliver the Xeinadin vision and values. Represent the firm internally and externally in a professional manner through appearance, conduct and attitude Requirements: Qualified practice accountant (ACA or ACCA) Broad and demonstrable audit experience within an accountancy practice environment Proven experience managing a portfolio of audit clients, ranging from small to large entities Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards, including FRS 102 and IFRS.

Experience leading, mentoring, and managing audit teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
