Role Description The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting in an operationally dynamic environment. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day financial operations, monitoring cash flow, conducting financial analysis, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, and collaborating with department heads on budgeting and financial strategy.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, requiring close coordination with various teams to optimize financial performance and achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cash Flow Management Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Auditing Processes, and Compliance with Local and International Accounting Standards Highly skilled in Financial Reporting, Taxation, and Regulatory Filings Competency in using financial software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel functionalities Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications CA certification is must Prior experience in healthcare,Other industries is an added advantage
