About the Role

We are looking for a focused professional to own the end-to-end coordination of Mulmul’s retail store projects and store maintenance. You will work closely with architects, contractors, mall management teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure every store is delivered on time and exactly as per Mulmul’s design and quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone from an Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering background who enjoys managing projects, solving site priblems and ensuring flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Store Projects

* Coordinate end-to-end execution of new retail store projects from design handover to store opening.

* Manage project timelines and ensure every milestone is achieved as planned.

* Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, mall teams, landlords, and internal departments.

* Regular monitoring progress, quality, and adherence to approved drawings.

* Ensure all civil, interior, electrical, lighting, HVAC, signage, and fixture installations are completed as per brand standards.

* Identify project risks and proactively drive solutions to avoid delays.

* Coordinate store handovers, snag closures, and launch readiness.

Vendor & Project Management

* Manage contractors and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

* Track project budgets, bills, and work completion.

* Maintain project documentation, approvals, BOQs, drawings, and progress reports.

* Share regular project updates with leadership.

Store Maintenance

* Own maintenance of all existing Mulmul stores.

* Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, lighting, furniture, signage, and fixture repairs.

* Ensure maintenance requests are resolved within committed timelines.

* Build and manage a strong network of maintenance vendors across

Who We’re Looking For

* 1- 5 years of experience in retail projects, store development, interior fit-outs, architecture, or civil execution.

* Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

* Strong understanding of retail interiors, fit-outs, construction, and finishing.

* Excellent planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Comfortable travelling to project sites across India.

* Proficient in Excel and comfortable reviewing AutoCAD drawings.
