Assistant Manager And Bar Manager

Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for delivering amazing guest experience and leading world class teams? SITE Hospitality is on the search for an Assistant Venue Manager and Bar Manager for our OG venue, CRAFTY’S Sports Bar.

CRAFTY’S is the market leader within the casual dining category, with it’s unique offering delivering the best in premium fare and guest experience on the Gold Coast. This role will suit someone who is passionate about what they do and wants to take their career to higher levels, working closely with renowned hospitality professionals.

The Management roles support the Venue Manager and Head Chef in leading this great venue. The successful candidate must be a true leader, understand how to exceed expectations and lead a team to deliver amazing guest experience, whilst ensuring we don’t forget about energy and fun!

The role:

• Responsible for the growth and development of our people
• Providing world class, energetic and fun service to our guests
• Ensuring the team delivers the best experience on the Gold Coast
• Support the day-to-day management of the venue
• Managing and creating the atmosphere and ambiance during the day and night
• Ensuring a clean, safe and well-maintained venue at all times
• Support the delivery of all standard operating systems
• Be accountable for rostering, labour and ordering
• Collaborate and create new initiatives, promotions and menu ideas to drive revenue growth
• Ensuring compliance with OH&S and OLGR polices

What you need to bring:

• Be a hands-on leader with experience in a similar role
• Ability to lead, train and develop a strong team and culture
• Able to deliver world class service everyday
• Ability to create and implement management development programmes
• Outstanding people management skills
• Fantastic verbal communication skills
• Strong food and bar knowledge
• High level of presentation and keen eye for detail
• Current RSA
