MAJOR ACTIVITIES : 1. Driving ACCESSORIES Turnover in the network : βͺ Driving ACCESSORIES Wholesale in the network by achieving the targeted ACCESSORIES per CAR penetration βͺ Driving ACCESSORIES Retail through Workshop for existing Car Parc βͺ Enhance retail penetration of ACCESSORIES through Rural Channel 2. Contribute towards customer retention : βͺ Promotion and sale of Renault Services β Extended Warranty, Easy Care (AMC) and RSA through Showroom and Workshop 3.
Contribute to Customer Satisfaction on Accessories : βͺ Ensure Quality Fitment of ACCESSORIES and service delivered to customers on ACCESSORIES βͺ ACCESSORIES warranty monitoring 4. Drive productivity enablers : βͺ Ensure βbasicsβ are in place in all Dealerships (ACCESSORIES Brochures, POS, ACCESSORIES Display, Availability and Training of ACCESSORIES Manpower, Accessorised car in SR) βͺ Actions to reduce dispersion between Dealers. βͺ Optimization of Accessory inventory in the Network (Focus on penetration level) βͺ βͺ Eliminate sale of non-Genuine ACCESSORIES in the dealership. 5. Support Field Activities : βͺ Support on Field Deployment - New Accessories Launch /Limited Edition/New Vehicle Launch/New Dealer Setup CHALLENGES: Role Complexity : Buy-in from Network on Renault Genuine accessories only Renault Services sale: Offer advantages of Service retention, overall impact on parts T/O Reduce dispersion in ACCESSORIES performance among the dealer groups.
Solution Mechanism : βͺ Interaction with the dealership team and regular monitoring of KPIs. βͺ Review with ACCESSORIES team on monthly basis.
