Role Description The Architect will work on-site in Hyderabad in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design and execution of architectural and interior projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing conceptual and detailed architectural designs, preparing drawings and 3D models, and coordinating design documentation. The role involves collaborating with senior architects, consultants, and contractors, participating in site visits, and monitoring design implementation to ensure quality and adherence to plans.

The Architect will also assist with project timelines, client presentations, and design revisions based on feedback, while maintaining alignment with local regulations and building codes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailed design.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones, and supporting timely project delivery.
• Candidates should possess relevant Software Development and Integration skills as applied to architecture, such as integrating design tools and workflows (e.g., CAD/BIM coordination).
• Proficiency in architectural design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and presentation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
• Strong visual, technical, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
• Understanding of local building codes, materials, and construction practices in Hyderabad or similar urban contexts.
