Sales of analytical instruments Reporting Office : Hyderabad . Training : 10 to 15 Days in Vadodara (with Accommodation Food) Benefits : PF, ESIC, Group Insurance, Accidental Insurance Working Hours : 9:15 AM to 6:30 PM (Sundays Off; 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays Off) Salary : Hike on last drawn salary (No barriers for the right candidates) Allowances Variables Key Responsibilities: • Lead generation and driving sales till execution • Develop in-depth knowledge of instruments, applications, and software • Conduct technical discussions with clients to understand requirements • Maintain accurate and timely sales reports • Promote products actively in the field • Plan and manage daily activities efficiently • Understand competitor products and maintain a competitive edge • Engage with stakeholders across all levels • Collaborate with internal departments for business opportunities • Independently close orders and support project-based sales • Maintain 3-month sales forecasting and track targets • Identify and convert competitor accounts • Ensure timely communication and proposal submission • Support team coordination and management Qualifications: • B.E. / B.Tech in ECE, Instrumentation, or Electrical • B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology (as per product requirement) Experience Required: • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience as a Sales Engineer in a technical field Skills You'll Bring: • Strong logical reasoning and convincing ability • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Problem-solving mindset and team collaboration • Ability to work independently and drive results Working Conditions: • Frequent travel required • Field-based role with customer interactions
