• Identifying counterfeit, duplicate, or fake products in the market.
• Conducting market intelligence through investigators and distributors.
• Tracking unauthorized manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.
• Coordinating raids with:
• Local Police
• Crime Branch
• Legal authorities
• Private investigation agencies
• Collecting evidence and preparing legal documentation.
• Filing civil or criminal cases against counterfeiters.
• Working closely with legal, sales, supply chain, and external investigators.
• Training distributors and sales teams to identify counterfeit products.
• Monitoring online marketplaces for fake products.
