Architect - Project Delivery/Design Development

About Us: Studio Infinite LLP is a premier architectural firm known for its innovative designs and commitment to excellence specialised in high rise developments. Our projects range from residential to commercial developments, and we are dedicated to creating spaces that are both functional and inspiring. We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our talented team.

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop architectural designs, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation.
• Lead Projects and Manage project-specific tasks, including coordinating with construction teams and other consultants independently
• Lead a team of junior architects, Assign and review their work, providing mentorship and ensuring design excellence.
• Consult and oversee construction-related drawings, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Solve technical and design challenges, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery under the guidance of Senior Architects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• 5-8 years of experience in architectural design and project management with exposure to High rise developments
• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe creative suit) and other relevant tools.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, building materials, codes, and regulations
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, team members and collaborators
• Experience leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Professional registration is a plus 
• MEP experience is a plus
• More importantly, passion for design and architecture blended with ambition to gain outstanding technical expertise
