Summary:
The primary campus administrative & clerical support including managing the Master Calendar, meetings/events, and third party interactions. Keeps direct upline briefed on significant issues and is responsible for the maintenance & excellence of campus facilities.

General Educational Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or higher preferred, but not required

General Expectations:


  • Accomplish job description duties and additional duties as assigned
  • Submit to all Core Values
  • Submit to all Servant Leadership Values
  • Have actively served in the Dream Team for at least 12 months (New Harvested exempted)
  • Pass background screening process
  • Execute an NDA, Confidentiality & Non-Compete Agreement
  • Submit to the Employee Manual

  • Exceptional organizational skills, administrative skills, communication skills and multi-tasking skills

  • Personable, professional, responsible, mature and discreet

General Spiritual Requirements:


  • Be a Christian for at least two years
  • Be or will become a faithful, tithing Harvester
  • If the head of household, lead their families according to 1 Timothy 3:4-5 - "One who rules his own house well, having his children in submission with all reverence (for if a man does not know how to rule his own house, how will he take care of the church of God?)

General Training Requirements:


  • Successfully complete The Apprenticeship: School of Servant Leadership
  • Employee Orientation
