Office Administrative Coordinator Compensation:

  • Experience-based salary of $20-$24/hour

THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

THE SCHEDULE:

Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Providing high-level administrative support to managers, department leads, and sales teams
  • Assisting with project planning and implementation while balancing other responsibilities
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls with an upbeat and professional demeanor
  • Accurately managing, tracking, and ordering office supplies, collateral, apparel, and various assets
  • Coordinating sales meetings, preparing the meeting space, and cleaning everything up at the end
  • Supporting efficient and productive workdays
  • Assist with cross-office processes. Examples include:
    • Warranty registration
    • Guild Quality submissions
    • Customer reimbursements
    • Business cards
    • Other processes as assigned

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • High computer proficiency with knowledge about Microsoft 365 applications and CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask effectively and balance multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Task prioritization and time management skills
  • Preferred - 2+ years of employee onboarding/offboarding experience
  • Preferred - 2+ years of proven office management/administrative experience
