What You'll Be Owning

• Monitor customer receivables and proactively track ageing to ensure healthy collections.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely payment recoveries.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve payment-related discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports, ageing reports, collection dashboards, and credit exposure reports.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to resolve order holds and payment-related concerns.
• Support initiatives focused on improving cash flow, reducing overdue receivables, and strengthening collection processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to streamline receivable processes and enhance operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• MBA (Finance), M.Com, or BBA (Finance).
• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collections, or Order-to-Cash processes.
• Strong understanding of receivables management, customer reconciliations, ageing analysis, and collection cycles.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP/Accounting systems.
