Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager โ Banking Partnerships . The role involves managing relationships with Banks, NBFCs, ARCs, Housing Finance Companies, and Financial Institutions while driving business growth through the acquisition of e-auction mandates, bidder sourcing assignments, and digital recovery solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals interested in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, and B2B Sales.
Key Responsibilities Banking Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, ARCs, and Financial Institutions. Engage with Branch Heads, Regional Managers, Recovery Teams, Legal Teams, and Asset Management Departments. Understand client requirements and propose suitable e-auction and bidder sourcing solutions.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Business Development Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective banking relationships. Generate leads and secure e-auction service mandates.
Promote AuctionBazaar's technology-enabled auction and recovery solutions. Expand business across assigned territories and banking networks. Account Management Act as the single point of contact for assigned institutional clients.
Coordinate with internal operations, marketing, and technology teams for seamless service delivery. Monitor auction performance and provide regular business updates to clients. Support onboarding and implementation of new banking partners.
Eligibility Graduate in any discipline. MBA or Banking/Finance qualifications are an added advantage. 1โ5 years of experience in Banking, NBFCs, Financial Services, FinTech, B2B Sales, Relationship Management, or Business Development. Freshers with exceptional communication and business development skills may also apply.
Desired Skills Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage with senior banking professionals.
Negotiation and consultative selling skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset. Knowledge of banking products, NPA recovery, lending, or financial services is preferred.
