Experience: 7+ Years Location: Remote / Hybrid / Onsite (as applicable) Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract Product Expertise: Infor Syteline ERP (Version 9 or 10) Language Requirement: Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Infor Syteline Technical Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Infor Syteline ERP (Version 9 or 10) implementation, customization, integration, and support. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in ERP development, customization, and database management, along with the ability to communicate effectively in Chinese and English to collaborate with global stakeholders and support business users. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions within the Infor Syteline ecosystem, ensuring smooth business operations and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, customize, and support solutions in Infor Syteline ERP (Version 10). Work on ERP enhancements, custom forms, reports, extensions, and workflow automation. Develop and maintain Mongoose-based applications within the Syteline environment.

Build and optimize stored procedures, SQL queries, triggers, and database objects. Develop integrations between Syteline and external applications using APIs, web services, XML, and middleware. Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide long-term solutions.

Support system upgrades, patches, and migration activities. Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions. Create technical design documents, user guides, and deployment documentation.

Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and best practices compliance. Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA timelines. Communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, business teams, and end users for requirement gathering and issue resolution.

Required Technical Skills Strong experience with Infor Syteline ERP Version 9 or 10 Expertise in Infor Mongoose Framework Strong knowledge of SQL Server / T-SQL Hands-on experience with Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and Query Optimization Experience in ERP customization and extension development Integration experience using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML / JSON & Middleware tools Experience with SSRS / Crystal Reports/reporting tools Knowledge of ERP modules such as: Manufacturing Supply Chain Inventory Finance Procurement
