Role Description The Senior Manager Talent Acquisition is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad Area, responsible for leading and executing end-to-end hiring for senior and executive-level roles across the platform.
This role designs and drives scalable talent acquisition strategies, builds strong candidate pipelines for Accounting specialist positions, and manages the full lifecycle from requisition intake through offer negotiation and onboarding. The Senior Manager will partner closely with business leaders to understand capability needs, refine role definitions, and ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sourcing channels, overseeing interview and assessment processes, owning employer branding initiatives, and ensuring data-driven recruiting decisions and reporting.
The role also entails mentoring junior recruiting team members, optimizing processes and tools, and upholding rigorous standards for diversity, equity, and inclusion across all hiring activities. Qualifications Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, assessment, selection, and offer management for senior and executive roles. Demonstrated experience in Interviewing, including structured and competency-based interviews, and driving fair, consistent evaluation practices.
Proven track record in Hiring and workforce planning, collaborating with leadership to forecast needs and prioritize critical roles. Experience in Employer Branding, including crafting value propositions, optimizing talent marketing channels, and enhancing candidate engagement. 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with significant exposure to senior leadership or C-suite hiring (startup, consulting, PE/VC, or high-growth environments preferred). Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategic talent needs into actionable recruiting plans and measurable outcomes.
Hands-on experience with ATS, recruitment analytics, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms; comfort with data-driven decision-making.
