AM - Regional HR

You will be responsible for managing the complete HR function for the assigned sales region, with a major focus on Talent Acquisition, accounting for nearly 50–60% of the role. You will work closely with Regional Sales Managers and business leaders to identify manpower requirements, drive end-to-end recruitment for sales positions, and ensure timely closure of vacancies. End-to-end recruitment for Sales, Channel Sales, Territory Sales Officers, Area Sales Managers, and support functions. Manpower planning with business leaders. Managing hiring TAT and offer closures. Employee onboarding and induction. Employee lifecycle management (confirmation, transfer, promotion, exits). Payroll input validation and coordination. Attendance and leave management.

Employee engagement activities. Employee grievance handling. HR MIS and reporting.
