About the role: We are looking for a high-performing Account Manager with a strong background in Technology Staffing, Resource Augmentation, and Managed Services.
The role requires a balanced mix of New Client Acquisition and Existing Client Relationship Management & Growth . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of acquiring and managing enterprise clients under the Time & Material (T&M) staffing model , with strong relationships across BFSI, Telecom, and Large Enterprises, in PAN India. Job Details: Experience: 5โ7 Years in Account management Location: Noida (WFO) Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory) Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred Required Skills: 5โ7 years of experience in IT Staffing, Resource Augmentation, or IT Outsourcing.
Proven experience in New Client Acquisition and Existing Account Management . Strong track record of acquiring clients for Time & Material (T&M) Staffing and Resource Augmentation services. Existing network with decision-makers in BFSI, Telecom, and Large Enterprises.
Strong client connects in PAN India. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to independently drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities: Acquire new clients for Technology Staffing, Resource Augmentation, and Outsourcing services. Manage and grow existing client accounts through relationship building, cross-selling, and upselling. Engage with CXO-level stakeholders including CTOs, CIOs, CHROs, and Talent Acquisition Heads.
Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, closures, and onboarding. Work closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful account growth and client satisfaction. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
