Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly structured HR Policy & SOP Specialist with over 5 years of experience to design, optimize, and audit our organizational frameworks. In this role, you will be the architect of our standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal governance. Beyond drafting documentation, you will act as an internal auditor—analyzing workflows, evaluating departmental productivity, restructuring hierarchies, and optimizing role segregation to drive maximum operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Policy Architecture & Documentation: Draft & Refine: Author, update, and maintain comprehensive HR policies, SOPs, and operational documentation across all business units. Process Mapping: Translate complex business workflows into clear, step-by-step standard operating procedures that scale.

Governance: Ensure all internal policies and governance standards align with organizational goals and legal compliance. Operational Audits & Hierarchy Assessment Efficiency Audits: Conduct regular departmental audits to evaluate compliance, identify gaps, and measure operational effectiveness. Structural Evaluation: Assess organizational hierarchies and reporting lines to ensure crystal-clear accountability and streamlined decision-making.

Segregation of Duties (SoD): Review and optimize roles to eliminate duplication of effort, maximize ownership, and prevent conflicts of interest. Performance, Productivity & KPI Analysis Productivity Metrics: Lead data-driven productivity analyses by tracking team outputs, resource utilization, and operational efficiency. Performance Evaluation: Conduct departmental and employee performance reviews to pinpoint bottlenecks and identify areas for improvement.

KPI Frameworks: Evaluate current departmental KPIs and establish robust frameworks to elevate baseline performance. Strategic Insights & Business Transformation Leadership Reporting: Develop detailed audit reports, data-driven business insights, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership. Restructuring Support: Partner closely with leadership teams on organizational restructuring, change management, and business transformation initiatives.

Cost & Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement aggressive strategies for cost optimization and efficiency enhancement.
